The Blueprint for Self Love

Self-love refers to the act of valuing one's own happiness and well being. It is a kind of acceptance that can be described as an unconditional sense of support and compassion for one self.

 

The Blueprint for Self-Love offers women the opportunity to engage in issues related to self-love, identity and healthy relationships in a safe environment. The goal of this 6 week group is to create a protected environment where women can empower, uplift and lay the foundation for change within.
